We invest
in the future

In October 2015, the Steinfeld site was extended to include a new production facility, a new supply hall, a tool storage depot and a tool maintenance workshop. In addition, our new administrative building has enabled us to relocate several departments which were previously distributed throughout the company’s grounds. The new production hall is equipped with 18 injection moulding machines, each with a clamping force of 60-800 tonnes. In addition, six further machines are housed in a clean room.

Our logistics centre has been connected to our production hall through the use of conveyor belt technology. Filled pallets are automatically conveyed to the high-bay warehouse. Empty pallets are delivered directly to the adjoining supply hall. The materials for the new production hall are supplied directly from the high-bay warehouse, which is spatially separated from the production hall to ensure clean production processes.

In addition to this, we have linked the new tool maintenance workshop directly to the production hall to ensure short distances and a rapid response capacity. In this way, we have optimised our set-up processes. The tool storage depot can hold approximately 1000 tools, which are stored in space-saving mobile racks.
