Technology & Manufacturing

At Müller-Technik, we produce plastic parts that meet the strictest hygiene standards.

We offer a wide range of processes to produce custom plastic parts: overmolding of metal components, gas-assisted injection molding, two-component and multi-component molding, tandem molding, and pad printing. In addition, we use variothermal technology for high-gloss surfaces, insert molding for composite parts, and modern injection molding machines with various clamping forces.

Our experienced process technicians monitor and optimize every step, ensuring maximum precision and quality so that each part meets our customers’ requirements. Our services are complemented by assembly, inline printing, conditioning, and other value-added processes – all from a single source for efficient and reliable production.

Clean Room

Whether for medical technology or sensitive electronics, our Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms ensure dust-free, sterile, and highly precise production. Quality you can always rely on.

Machinery

With 75 injection molding machines ranging from 15 to 1,150 tons of clamping force, we produce plastic parts of the highest quality.

Our machinery covers a wide range of processes: standard and multi-component injection molding, gas-assisted molding, tandem technology, variothermal molding, as well as blow molding and insert molding. This allows us to respond flexibly to diverse customer requirements while consistently delivering precise results.

Production Processes

undefined
1K injection molding
Standard process for precise and cost-effective plastic parts.
undefined
2K injection molding
Process in which two different types of plastic are used to produce a single part in one manufacturing step.
undefined
Cell Mould (MuCell)
Lightweight process where gas bubbles create cavities in the material to reduce weight.
undefined
Overmolding of inserts
Lightweight process where gas bubbles create cavities in the material to reduce weight.
undefined
Overmolding of magnets including inline magnetization
Manufacturing of parts with integrated magnets that are magnetized directly in the process.
undefined
Internal gas pressure
Gas is used to displace the plastic core and create hollow sections within the part, reducing material usage.
undefined
Precision/micro injection molding
Production of highly precise, very small plastic components.
undefined
Variotherm
Controlled mold heating and cooling before and during injection to achieve high-gloss surfaces and reduced weld lines.
undefined
Organ sheet
Combination of plastic and metal carrier sheets for lightweight and strong components.
Blow mold
Production of hollow plastic parts, e.g., containers or tanks.
undefined
Pad printing
Pad printing is a printing process used to apply lettering, logos, symbols, or decorations to injection-molded parts. It is particularly well suited for uneven, curved, or hard-to-reach surfaces, which are common in plastic parts.
Leathering
Applying a soft, leather-like texture to plastic parts for a premium tactile feel.
Painting
Coating parts with color or protective lacquer for aesthetics, durability, and custom design.
Chrome plating
Applying a metallic chrome layer for high-gloss, decorative, or functional surfaces.
Lamination
Bonding plastics with films or textiles to enhance appearance, feel, or functionality.
