For Müller-Technik, it is particularly important that our business activities comply with legal and contractual obligations. Compliance is seen as contributing to the success of the company.
A. Responsibility
We value making a positive contribution to society and are aware of the human rights and environmental expectations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). The LkSG and other supply chain laws regulate corporate responsibility to identify and respond to human rights-related and certain environmental risks in supply chains. Various due diligence obligations are provided for this purpose.
Müller-Technik has developed its own Code of Conduct and a Code of Conduct for suppliers. These codes set out the expectations that Müller-Technik has of its employees and business partners. A comprehensive training concept has been developed to prevent all possible risks and to provide our colleagues with a clear framework for action.
B. Complaints procedure
The Müller-Technik complaints procedure is intended to give any person or group of persons the opportunity to submit relevant complaints or reports (including under the Whistleblower Protection Act/whistleblowing) to Müller-Technik, thereby drawing attention to human rights and environmental risks and other legal violations (e.g. violations of the protected legal positions of the LkSG or violations of the General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR). Reports can be submitted in the following ways:
