Every second car is equipped with Müller-Technik

Müller-Technik started producing plastic parts 30 years ago with two injection molding machines, four employees and only a few initial customers. Money boxes, office articles such as sharpeners and rulers, roll-on deodorant, gaiters and parts for Brilliant lighting were manufactured in Steinfeld. Now, three decades later, Müller-Technik is among the most innovative automotive suppliers in Germany.

We manufacture in Germany, Poland and in Mexiko and supply every major German automotive brand – either directly or as a supplier to their suppliers. Every second car manufactured in Germany is equipped with Müller-Technik – from gearshifts to seats, doors and side mirrors. We use the gas-assisted injection molding procedure for multiple-component injection molding and can print plastic parts at various levels. We also replace heavy metal with light, stable plastic products. Our visible components have an excellent reputation in the industry.

For 30 years, our claim has been to always stay one idea ahead of the competition.

We realize our task as an all-round package. From the fi rst abstract idea for a component to serial production, our customers will come to know us as a reliable partner. Our engineers work for several months as resident engineers with development teams on site – in Stuttgart, Munich, Wolfsburg or Rüsselsheim. We are in close contact with our customers.

This philosophy, our continuous growth, our innovation strength and our social commitment also convinced the jurors of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation who awarded our company the renowned Great Prize of the Medium-sized Business 2014. The jury commended Müller-Technik for its innovative ideas, which distinguish it from the competition, and for its philosophy to always take the “human factor” into account. Capital forming benefi ts, the payment of Kindergarten fees and a company pension are examples of a successful staff-retention policy, which gives our company a clear advantage in the search for skilled employees. The jury also acknowledged our commitment to clubs and social institutions in the region.
