Free of dust or completely sterile: More and more plastic products are subject to strict hygienic requirements on account of their use in sensitive areas such as medical technology or as protection for highly sensitive electronic components. We will therefore begin manufacturing in a so-called cleanroom starting in 2015. Among other things, we will produce protective casings for an electronics component in a 8-gear transmission. Additionally, we will manufacture products with highly precise surfaces to be chromed afterwards.
The same requirements also apply for the packaging of dust-free plastic parts, which are filled into clean containers and packed onto a plastic pallet with protective foil to keep the products free of dust.
